Coronavirus Update

At Harper, the health and wellbeing of our customers and employees is our number one priority. With this in mind, we have adapted our service in light of the recent Coronavirus announcements.

The good news is, the in-store shopping experience can still come to you. We’ve tailored our You Try, We Wait service so that you can find the perfect pieces without leaving your doorstep, or coming into contact with anyone.

What is Contact-free You Try, We Wait?

1 – On your chosen appointment date and time, your Style Concierge will deliver your chosen pieces to your doorstep and call you to let you know they have arrived for you to safely collect.

2 – Once you’ve tried everything on, simply call your Style Concierge and let them know the items you would like to keep. Should you require a second opinion or assistance during your appointment, your Style Concierge will be available at any time via call or Facetime.

3 – Should you wish to keep any of the pieces, a payment link will be sent to you via SMS so you can pay in the comfort of your home. Your Style Concierge will ask you to leave any un-purchased items on your doorstep for collection.

Our Distribution Centre

We have elevated our already high standards of hygiene and have introduced a sanitising area in which to clean garment bags and hangers after every appointment. Staff are working on a minimal contact-rota and we have banned the use of all public transport.

Our Style Concierge Team

Our Style Concierge team are adhering to the highest levels of personal hygiene and have been equipped with hand sanitiser, wipes and gloves in every vehicle. In-between appointments they are working remotely and have sole use of their vehicles – which are sanitised daily and deep-cleaned on a weekly basis.
